Serious about excellent service, attention to detail and luxury

The staff were all about making it a memorable stay. Each and every one went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing considering the price, but again they did make my toddler his own plate of smiley’s and chicken strips so they truly try to accommodate everyone

I enjoyed my stay. The interior design of the room is very beautiful.

The food was divine, the room itself was very beautiful. On the Friday night we ordered Rump and it was dry and not tasty at all. We did notify the chef as well as the kitchen manager.

There is a stench that comes out from the bathroom particularly the shower and toilet. The smell was overwhelming.

I can’t fault our stay for anything. The breakfast was amazing, including the staff at the restaurant especially the guy

the location is great. The interior and design of the hotel felt like I was somewhere in Europe

the housekeeper, we were out of our room for about 5 hours and we asked her to clean our room. when we came back it still wasn’t cleaned, only when we came back she wanted to clean our room and at that time we wanted to take a nap. Also the pool water is really cold, if they could heat up the water a little bit that would be great.

The breakfast at Annas Kitchen was of exceptional quality. And the concept of ordering from the a la carte menu is really good. The restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient.

A very comfortable, spacious and clean hotel with delightful staff

Loved the spacious room Love the friendly and very helpful staff at Anna's Food at Anna's was delicious. Parking right outside our room was great. Felt safe

Our room was located next to a public toilet and at the crack of dawn (before 7am) someone was banging doors. The bathroom tiles were freeeeeeezing, a couple of mats or extra floor towels would have been great to stand on.

The stay in the lodge was superb and memorable..

The breakfast was excellent.. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and informative.The lodge is closer to the river and community facilities.

In the cold season, maybe having carpets, would help reduce coldness of the tile floor, on a cold night or day.

The room was lovely, very neat and clean however the kitchen closes early contract with uber eats

The breakfast was awesome, friendly stuff always willing to go an extra mile for the guest. Highly appreciated.

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't use the pool it was dirty, the water was milky green full of weeds all over the place inside the pool. It was not user friendly. It ruined our day, we plan that we will spent half a day swimming taking pictures that didn't not happen. We were very disappointed. Secondly we didn't know that there was an in-house spa. When we realized that we couldn't use the pool, if the spa was advertised we would have ended up at spa, but because we didn't know that there was one in the premises. We end up staying in our room.

Beautiful and quiet.

The room was spacious, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. You could choose from the buffet or the menu or both.

We were 2 people in the room and there was only one water in the fridge. There were only 2 sachets of coffee - there should be more because we didn't each just want 1 single cup of coffee during our stay. There was no milk. I went to reception and asked for more coffee and some milk and they gave me some - which I am grateful for, but it should be in the room.

My bedroom number was 22. Next to a public toilet. I had arrived late for my check in. Next morning I gave my complaint. The receptionist was kind enough to move us to another bedroom away from the toilet.

We didn’t get the room I chose when I booked which was disappointing even though the hotel was empty. The pillows were hard and too big.

Variety, of the offering, The pastry chef is excellent and the choices were beautiful, thank you, loved the fireplace. very professional friendly staff.

There was no bath in the room but then again I never requested one so my fault that was disappointing.

I was booked in the french quarters. Very noisy as it was next to a childrens playground. The restaurant takes outside guest so there was a party with lots of children running and screaming till after 10pm.

Incompetent staff.

The lady at reception indicated that the account has not been paid and that she will again transact the amount from our credit card. This was after she was told that it was already paid. She later denied this when a Booking.com agent called her about the issue. I confirmed on Saturday that breakfast will be ready by 06:30. When I arrived at dining hall, it was NOT ready, and they indicated it would be ready by 07:00. I left and could not have breakfast, as I had to drive home (which is an 8 hour drive).

Lovely environment within the property; good, friendly service; hygiene needs attention

Pretty and lush environment within resort. Cosy reading room available. We ran a race early on the Sunday morning, and breakfast boxes were supplied from the Saturday night - that was really thoughtful and we greatly appreciated it. Late check-out was easy to arrange, as we wanted to wash up and take a swim after a Sunday morning marathon. Restaurant outside courtyard is a beautiful and relaxing setting for meals.

Saturday night dinner at restaurant: bins in both male and female bathrooms overflowing with tissue paper etc.. Used sanitary pad on floor of ladies bathroom stall. My wife reported the state of the bathroom to staff, and when she used the bathroom again about half hour later it was exactly the same, and no sign of any attempt to clean it. Waitresses also using same bathroom as patrons, which means that it's the same level of hygiene they're exposed to. Room's door opened 3 metres away from kids' open play area, which is part of the restaurant's outside area. Resulted in a bit of noise but not too serious. At least one cupboard shelf was damaged (falling down) and some evidence of mold in bathroom.

Wonderful time in a beautiful villa on the quiet suburb of Three Rivers.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. I loved the Italian feel on their decor. The food was excellent - fresh and well prepared. The villa is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely book again there.

There were delays with the food - I experienced this both at breakfast and dinner of the Saturday. I however commend the waitor who advised on my arrival for dinner of the slight delays wuth the kitchen due to the villa & lodge being fully booked.
